Our Management Team

Debi Adams, Director of Marketing

Debi is the newest addition to CCL having joined the management team in 2010.  She has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience within the senior housing industry including Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Independent Living, Residential Care, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities.  Her primary focus is marketing and customer service training, census growth, advertising, community relations and referral source development.

Debi attended Oregon State University and has served on the board of the Southern Oregon Alzheimer’s Association, Medford Chamber of Commerce Greeters Association and remains active in area networking and senior service
