Elaine Jeffries, Operations Specialist
Elaine provides technical support, training and other on-site assistance to CCL managed communities. Her focus areas include customer, employee and community relations; quality assurance and general compliance.
Elaine first joined CCL in November 2000 as a caregiver at Rock Cove Assisted Living. Her strong interest in supporting the philosophy of assisted living and eagerness to learn led her to assuming additional responsibilities as a Medication Aide and Lead Personal Services Assistant. She was later promoted to Resident Care Coordinator, Activity Director and Assistant Director. In 2009, Elaine began providing short-term on-site assistance to Directors at other CCL managed properties. Her strong communication and team-building skills made Elaine an ideal fit for a new position that CCL later created to support newly acquired communities.
Elaine is a certified instructor for Geriatric Wellness, Fundamentals of Caregiving (Washington), CPR/First Aid, and Mental Health & Dementia (Washington). Her public service includes volunteering for schools, EMT work for the Skamania County EMS, Hospice, the Chamber of Commerce, and Medical Reserve Corp.
