Our Management Team

John Davis, VP of Operations

John oversees operations for every community CCL manages. He has fourteen years of experience helping developers start new assisted living communities and in overseeing ongoing operations for sites across the nation. He provides front-line guidance for individual buildings and managers and directs employee training and systems development. John is a licensed property manager for the State of Oregon and serves on the board for the Oregon Alliance of Seniors and Health Services. He received his Bachelors of Business degree from Pacific Lutheran University.
