Our Management Team

Sherry McKay, MPA, Director of Strategic Planning

Sherry manages and supports CCL strategic initiatives related to community relations, new business development, workforce development, and operational effectiveness.

She began her career at CCL in 1996 as a regional manager opening several new senior living communities and launching new innovative programs and services. She later served as Director of Operations responsible for operations at all CCL managed communities.

She earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Portland State University with a Health Administration concentration, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Health Service Administration from Ithaca College.

Sherry has held leadership positions as a board member for both the Oregon Assisted Living Facilities Association (now part of the Oregon Health Care Association) and the Oregon Alliance for Senior and Health Services.
