CCL has been active in research projects from its beginnings. Reports and studies are completed to serve a wide variety of audiences from individual clients looking to develop a housing project to existing facilities out-of-tune with their market to providers and students involved in aging-related fields. Whether we are compiling a market study for a lender or giving a presentation to an association of health care professionals, we have often been able to put forward our own data and findings gathered from hands-on experience and in-house studies.

MARKET SURVEY
Questionnaire development and response analysis targeted at and mailed to the population in question. The stand-alone report of findings may be used as a preliminary decision-making tool or in gaining further understanding of market-strategies for the project. When incorporated into a formal market study, such a survey will complement other findings to allow for a more pinpoint final recommendation.

Research (active studies & published findings)
CCL has recently provided a home to the Jessie F. Richardson Foundation. This sharing of physical space contributes to the visions shared by both organizations for the future of our seniors.

Current collaborative projects between CCL and the JFR Foundation include a study of the impacts of physical exercise in aging populations as well as a study of electronic management information systems in the improvement of quality of care in assisted living settings.
