Brookside Place opened in 1995 and is one of central Oregon’s premier assisted living communities. Located in a beautiful setting, Brookside Place continues to provide essential housing and services to senior and disabled adults in a comfortable home-like setting.
Brookside place offers individualized personal care plans including management of chronic care needs and memory support services for frail elderly or adults with disabilities. Additionally, respite and hospice care options are also available.
