Dreams came true when Canyon Rim Manor, a non-profit community opened in 2005. Dozens of local community members volunteered their time, talents and financial resources to bring affordable Assisted Living services to South Wasco County. This stunning assisted living community is located on the canyon rim of the Deschutes River which offers an unparalleled view of the surrounding countryside and is within walking distance of the Deschutes Rim Health Clinic.
