When CCL first opened what was then Huffman House in 1991, it was Newberg’s first assisted living community. The project was financed by a small group of local investors and a loan from the Oregon Housing and Community Services. Since 1994, the building has been operated by Wisconsin-based Assisted Living Concepts, Inc. under a lease that expired at the close of 2009. CCL is pleased to once again be involved in the management of the new Willow Place. Willow Place continues to fulfill the need of those that prefer the smaller, more homelike surroundings and the continued need for high quality, affordable services.
